Key workers during the current crisis have been finding it difficult to shop due to their long hours and reduced capacities in most stores. Having even an hour as you open or an extra hour before closing can bring in a lot of repeat business and create a positive relationship between your business and all your customers.

Having that time to themselves means that key worker customers can relax and shop at their leisure. This also shows that your business cares about the local community which can also bring in other customers who might not have used your business otherwise.
