Some services are particularly aimed at mobile phone users – more than nine out of ten adults in the UK – and so ideal for use by shoppers when they are in store.
Loyalty systems are also important foundations for effective offer and discount based shopper engagement as they connect directly with shoppers who have already engaged with one or more businesses within the scheme.
