The Loft

We ran a pilot project with Hounslow Council, Aviva and BYM to revive and repopulate vacant space.

Then we transformed the local ex-Debenhams into an experiential retail marketplace called the Loft.

Within 6 weeks we recruited, launched and then managed 34 traders on turnover-linked licenses.
