How can your customers remember your business? You have to consider their experience from the moment they step into your store to the moment they leave.

As an independent retailer with unique products, you have an advantage of providing your customers with an experience that becomes an emotional connection. For instance, why is a client in your shop? Why are they making the decision to choose your shop and not others?  Alex Schlagman asks, “What makes you memorable enough to drive customer loyalty and to drive word of mouth?”.
